Deliveries

We provide two delivery options namely: 

Standard Delivery 

Express Delivery  

Please note that whilst we will use our best endeavours to meet the promised delivery dates, occasionally factors beyond our control such as logistics or supplier delays may mean your delivery will be delayed.

We also reserve the right to ship your order in two or more consignments but if this happens, only one delivery charge will be levied. 

In the event of any delay or change to your delivery date, we will of course let you know. Note that all orders over £40 are upgraded to free next day delivery (see exclusions below) 

Where we Deliver 

UK Mainland 

Our standard delivery and next day delivery prices set out below apply to deliveries to the UK mainland only. This excludes the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man

Countries outside the UK

Order Monday to Friday for delivery in 2-4 working days. 

The exact lead time we’ll offer you during checkout depends on your postcode and the availability of delivery slots at that time. 

Please allow working 4 days from your order date before you contact our Customer Service team.

Excludes furniture and some oversized or fragile homeware.

Primary Delivery Partner  

Our primary delivery partner is DPD who have a commitment to green deliveries and a sustainable delivery business model including the increasing use of electric delivery vehicles.  See green.dpd.co.uk for more information.  However on occasions other delivery companies may be used. 

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase please let us know at hello@bamboo-company.co.uk

We request that the items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange, credit, or a full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for resale, which must not be used as the outer packaging for your mailing purposes. 

This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair, and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded 

Sale items are eligible for exchange or a credit voucher only. 

We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. 

Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.  

Returns must be notified to us in advance via email, with an explanation of the reason for the return. Do not send goods without our prior knowledge.
